Email Address Encoder – “The Enkoder”
Check out what I found:
“Posting your email address on a website is a sure-fire way to get an Inbox full of unsolicited email advertisements. The Enkoder protects email addresses by converting them into encrypted JavaScript code, hiding them from email-harvesting robots while revealing them to real people.”
Enter your details into their form and it will give you some code that looks like this:
function hivelogic_enkoder(){var kode=
“kode=\”nrgh@%qujkC(txmnF+w{pqI.z~stL1J8k1Mp>K|~r=_333_4::t_333O_333_4::t_3″+
“33Mk1kk0_333_4::tc/_333rp_333}~Rk1kkLt{_333x_333/k1kk_333rtyq_334bb/_333_4″+
“::tcL_333rtyq_334_4::N|~r=_333_4::t_333O_333_4::t_333I~_333{xp|k1kkLut\\00″+

"de(c)}kode=x"
;var i,c,x;while(eval(kode));}hivelogic_enkoder();
Paste that code on your webpage and presto! Don’t think any robots can figure out your email address from that code…

While we’re on the subject of devalog » Email Address Encoder – “The Enkoder”, many of the mailing list hosting companies that I am aware of actually deliver your subscribers an email requiring them to verify before they’re included on the email list. Although you may think this is a bother that will cost you some subscribers (such as the ones that can’t be bothered to respond to the confirmation request), it is actually useful because it will help prevent cases where a person’s email is used to subscribe to a list without his or her permission. At least, you will not be falsely accused of spamming anyone.
